About Us

Dr. Cynthia Ferrelli, DPM, NMDDr. Ferrelli was born and raised in West Seneca, and is currently a resident of Williamsville.  Dr. Ferrelli is a graduate of West Seneca West Senior High and Canisius College. She then attended the Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine for four years where she received the degree of Doctor of Podiatric Medicine.

Following her professional training, Dr. Ferrelli performed a two-year podiatric residency at St. Mary of Nazareth Hospital in Chicago, Illinois. During this time, she obtained her surgical expertise from one of the country's finest podiatric surgeons and author, Dr. Orlando Mercado. In May 2009, Dr. Ferrelli completed a five year program at The Clayton College of Natural Health and obtained her Naturopathic Medical Doctor degree.

Dr. Ferrelli obtained her Board Certification in 1997 and performs her surgical cases at Windsong Surgery Center in Williamsville.   She enjoys being a clinician in the training of the podiatric surgical residents who rotate throughout the various hospitals in the area and was awarded Clinician of the Year in 1996.  Memberships include:  American Podiatric Medical Association, American Holistic Medical Association, American Academy of Podiatric Practice Management and National Association of Women Business Owners.  When Dr. Ferrelli is not treating podiatric conditions, she enjoys cycling, traveling, reading, yoga and jigsaw puzzles.

Remo Remo has been on our staff since January 2003 as a medical and office assistant. He is a retired school teacher and principal, and now is enjoying new adventures in the medical field. Remo is responsible for our Dr. Comfort shoe orders, patient care, autoclave maintenance and managing invoices. He also assists in office maintenance and repairs. On his days off, Remo enjoys hunting, golfing and traveling. Lorraine Lorraine joined our team in January 2004. She is a retired secretary to the Director of Human Resources at the West Seneca Development Center and maintains a position as our secretary & office manager. Lorraine's day focuses on scheduling patient appointments, collection procedures, medical billing, and the general overseeing of all office policies and procedures. When Lorraine is not at the office, she spends her time on the golf course, traveling, sewing and reading.
Diane Diane joined our staff in May 2014. She is a graduate of Buffalo State College with a degree in Graphic Design. She loves working with patients and her duties also include taking/developing x-rays, charting, writing prescriptions and computer work. When she is not at the office, she teaches stamping and scrapbooking classes. She also enjoys sports, reading and travelling.
Lisa Lisa joined our office in July 2011 as a Medical Assistant. She has been in the medical field as well as the administrative field for over 20 years. Some of her previous positions include working at Mercy Hospital as a radiology clerk and as a secretary in Labor & Delivery, but also has experience with administrative positions in the banking and collections fields. Lisa’s main duties in our office include patient care, which she truly enjoys, taking/developing x-rays, charting, and preparing patient charts for upcoming appointments. In Lisa’s spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, shopping, traveling, and reading.
Roxanne Roxanne join our staff in May 2017 as a medical assistant. She is a lifelong Lockport resident, graduated from Lockport Senior High School, then went on to receive a Bachelor's degree in Nursing at Niagara University. Roxanne was employed as a Critical Care nurse for over 35 years and enjoys spending time with her family, including 2 grandsons. She also enjoys reading, sewing, crocheting, and rubber stamping.
